Description:
In this workshop, we will explore how we can approach our dreams and work with them as a path to self-awareness in a creative, educational, and analytical way. The work will be based on an art therapy approach, interwoven with dream analysis.
Elísabet Lorange is an art therapist and teacher by education. She has worked as an independent art therapist for the past 20 years. She has worked with individuals of all ages, focusing on deep psychological work emphasizing relationships and emotional processing. Elísabet has led courses, supervised professionals, and provided services to institutions and organizations nationwide. In recent years, she has served as the therapeutic director of Sigurhæðir – a service for survivors of gender-based violence in South Iceland, alongside other projects. Elísabet, together with Valgerður H. Bjarnadóttir, is the co-founder of Draumsaga – a program in dream studies.
